Ion on Orchard Road this year EARTH Hour will be extended by a WWF installation
show-casing the fuller implications of climate change. Promised for shoppers
are booths featuring heatwave conditions, mosquito buzzing - highlighting
exacerbated dengue concerns - flood and mist-blown booths. The chief attraction a skit set in a supermarket showing the impact of food shortage and
the resulting skyrocketing prices. (A neglected aspect of climate change.)
